In order to clarify the situation to Ran Online Thailand users, below is an official announcement from Min Communications, INC regarding the transferring of data from the previous publisher (Xinxere) to the new publisher (Asiasoft).
As mentioned previously, after the contract termination, Xinxere blocked Min Communications' IP and Database which resulted in the sudden early termination of the Ran Online Thailand service.
This blocking of IP hindered communications between Min Communications and Xinxere including technical issues examination which made resuming service impossible. As a result, it is with a deep regret that we would like to once again inform users that any transferring of data to the new publisher will not be possible.
But, please rest assured as Asiasoft and Min Communications will work our hardest to provide better service in terms of different and more updated game contents, a more convenient interface, and better game graphics. These updates will be included in the new version of Ran Online that we are currently preparing.
In the version that we are preparing, there will be new and updated contents will be equivalent to the global version, and also contain special benefits and services for Thailand Ran Online users.
Any other updates and information will be published by Asiasoft in separate notices.
